Dates have to be one of my favorite foods. Perfect for sweetening anything with out sugar. These date nut muffins have the perfect date sweetness and crunchy nut texture. With all healthy ingredients they are a great way to start you day.

I recently came across a new product that I’m in love: with date sugar! It bakes similar to coconut palm sugar, but the only ingredient is dates. It my favorite way to add some natural sweetness to all my baked goods. Ever since I feel in love with banana nut muffins, I knew I didn’t to make date nut muffins next!

Muffins are my favorite breakfast, they’re just so comforting. These muffins are just as healthy and filling as a bowl of oatmeal, but they taste like a tasty treat. That’s my favorite type of recipe!

Date Nut Muffins
  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • ⅓ Cup Date Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Almonds
  • 8 Chopped Dates
  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Add wet
  3. Add dates and nuts
  4. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes
