Popsicles are the best way to cool down in the summer, and these Green Popsicles are the healthiest way. Loaded with veggies and fresh ginger they’re a refreshing treat for these hot months.

It is so hot in Florida right now, I mean so hot. I am just constantly a little ball of sweat. Is that too much info? Oops! Well, these popsicles are a sure fire way to beat the heat. And of course I had to add some veggies, but you can’t even taste them! All the flavor comes from ginger, making these such a refreshing treat!

I used collard greens in my pops but you can used any green leafy vegetable, kale, spinach, ect. I also adding some green apples for flavor. Also this way if you’ve got little ones skeptical of the color just tell them they’re green apple. Bonus points, because you’re not actually lying! Just puree the ingredients with some aloe water, and you’ve got a hydrating way to beat the heat!

I recently ordered some of the zipzicle bags and I love them! I loved these plastic popsicles growing up, but, lets face it; they’re basically just straight sugar. I love these bags because now I can still feel like a kid, but also control my sugar intake. I just used a funnel to fill the bags, throw them in the freeze, easy peasy!

  • 2 Cups Aloe Water
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 1 Cup Collard Greens
  • ½ Cup Cucumber
  • 1 Green Apple
  1. Place all ingredients in blender
  2. Puree until smooth
  3. Using funnel pour into popsicle molds
  4. Freeze
