Super Fast and Easy Black Bean Dip

Black Bean Dip 1

This is actually a recipe I never planned on posting. I was having company over and planned on making some guacamole only to find my avocados where completely black in the middle. Not wanting to go to the store I decided to see what I had in the house. When I served the bean dip people where loving it and asking for the recipe. So, I thought I’d make it again to share the recipe.

Black Bean Dip 2

Many weeks I cook a big batch of black beans, so they’re almost always in my fridge. But this recipe would work great with canned beans as well, just be sure to rinse them off. What really makes this dip even better is that I topped it with Everything Bagel seasoning. This is something we make in bulk and always keep in the house. A combination of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes, and onion flakes. However, if you don’t have all these spices you can just buy some!
