Pinchos is definitely a favorite party food in my house. My boyfriend spent some time working in Puerto Rico where he learned how to make this amazing grilled chicken. In addition to tasting amazing, food on a stick it just so fun. I love being able to grab it off the grill and eat while standing and mingling!

The key to a good pincho is to cut the chicken in thin vertical strips instead of chunks. That way the marinade gets all over the chicken, and they cook much faster! I used some True Made Foods BBQ sauce, garlic and onion powder for my overnight marinade. While I love making my Whole30 BBQ sauce sometimes there’s no time. Plus the True Made Food sauce is also filled with veggies and has less sugar than most store bought sauces, so I don’t feel guilty eating it. I was so excited to receive my free samples of True Made Food sauces, and you can too! Pinchos 5 (Small)

Pinchos are such a great party food. I marinade them the night before and then skewer them in the morning before company comes. Then when you guests get there you just have to throw them on the grill. I paired mine with some BBQ grilled zucchini and it was a picture perfect cook out!
