Sitting outside, drinking sangria, the smokey smell filling the air; it’s just perfect! Of course whenever having company over, you’ve got to start out the evening with snacks. This Veracha hummus is the perfect way to start out a fun night of cooking out!

Hummus and veggies is a great way to mindless snack while chatting without worrying about over eating. I like to add some chicken stock to my hummus, adds such a depth of flavor and helps it blend perfectly smooth. The combination of the chicken stock with the Veracha is reminiscent of buffalo chicken dip. I served mine up with celery and cucumber sticks, it was finger licking good!
- 1 7.75 can Chick Peas
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Veracha
- ¼ Cup Chicken Stock
- Drain and rinse the chick peas
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks
