This Balsamic Goat Cheese Salad Dressing is the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. With goat cheese pureed right into it, it’s creamier than a traditional vinaigrette.
Spring is the perfect time for salads. The warm weather makes me want to sit outside all day and eat crunchy vegetables right from the garden. I love making my own salad dressings, it’s so easy and always better than the store bought. This balsamic dressing has an almost creamy texture from the goat cheese, I love the subtle tangy notes from the cheese too!
I often find salads in restaurants taste better than those at home. I think the main difference is that they’re property tossed in the mixing bowl to really incorporate the dressing. The best way to make a salad at home is to store your dressing in a professional squeeze bottle. It may not be the prettiest way to store dressing, but it definitely gives you the most control over your dressing. Squeeze bottles are so cheap I definitely recommend getting some. Your salads will taste restaurant quality!
