Green smoothies are definitely a popular breakfast choice these days! Living in Florida, a nice cold smoothie can also be the perfect afternoon snack. This smoothie has got a delicious fresh taste with Asian inspired ingredients.

Kale and spinach are usually the go to greens for smoothies. Since I was adding an Asian flair to this smoothie with the tumeric, ginger, and coconut I decided to also use an Asian green: bok choy. This crispy cabbage is loaded in vitamin A and C and is perfect for a smoothie due it it’s subtle flavor.
