Greek Yogurt Caesar Salad Dressing is the healthy option you’ve been looking for. High in protein and lower in calories than a tradition Caesar, but all the flavor.
I go through phases where the only thing I want to eat is chicken Caesar salad wraps, I just love them! However, I don’t love the crazy amount of calories and fat in a typical Caesar Salad dressing. I’ve started making this lighter version using Greek yogurt, which still supplies all the creaminess you need!
This dressing taste just like the bottled stuff, but with way less ingredients. Salad dressings are so easy to make, and you don’t have to add all the crazy chemicals. A good homemade dressing will help me eat more salads during the week, so I always like to have some on hand.
Living in Florida I’m lucky enough to be able to garden all year long! This week I’ve just been picking a head of lettuce and drizzling it in my homemade Caesar, it’s the perfect lunch!
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 3 Cloves Roasted Garlic
- ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Anchovies
- ½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Mix until smooth
