Hummus can be so overrated sometimes, when it comes to bean dips I love using white beans. This White Bean Ricotta Dip is so creamy and delicious it will convert even the most passionate hummus fan. Perfect for dipping veggies, apples, crackers, and really just anything!

Whenever we have company over I love to start the night with some fresh veggies and dip. This dip is the perfect crowd-pleaser. The white beans make it velvety smooth, while the ricotta is perfectly creamy, and the raw garlic gives it a addictive taste. In my opinion the key to a good white bean dip is a splash of vinegar. Vinegar helps to cut through all richness of the beans making the dish feel lighter with that touch of acid.

This dip pair perfectly with fresh veggies but I love it with a crunchy green apple! This recipes yields the perfect small bowl of dip just enough for company but without leaving you with lots of left overs to deal with the next day. Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup White Beans
  • ½ Cup Ricotta
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine olive oil, beans, ricotta, and garlic in a blender
