One pan dinners are the perfect meal for busy nights. This One Pan Chicken And Brussels Sprouts dinner is bursting with flavor, a subtle hint of maple syrup that will please that whole family.
If you haven’t caught on by now, I’m a big fan of one pan dinners. I like to have a heavy prep day once a week that way I know all my meals are planned out. This recipe is nice because you can cut up all the vegetables and throw them in the marinade with the chicken the night before you want to eat them. Or you can even throw the whole bag in the freezer and save it for a busy week when you don’t have time to cook a healthy meal!
Brussels sprouts of one of my favorite vegetables, another reason I love fall food! Paired with a touch a maple syrup in the marinade these crispy brussels sprouts are the perfect accompaniment for juicy chicken tenders.

- 1 Pound Package of Chicken Tenders
- 2 Cups Brussels Sprouts, Halved
- 1 Onion, Sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Transfer to a ziplock bag and freeze or marinate overnight
- If frozen fully thaw for before cooking
- Bake in a 350F oven for about 20 minutes
