Who says popsicles have to been filled with sugar? These three ingredient popsicles have no added sugar, and they’re high in sugar. Making Blueberry Cheesecake Popsicles a guilt free treat the whole family will love.
Cottage cheese is by far one of my favorite foods, yes I know this is strange. But I am constantly craving cottage cheese. Which is why I became over ambitious and bought a giant vat of cottage cheese thinking I would eat it all. Well.. by the end of the week I’m sitting with this cottage cheese staring at the expiration date thinking how am I going to eat all of this? That’s when I got the idea for this recipe.
Ideally in my head I wanted this to be a two ingredient recipe. I know when I look for recipes online I always lean towards ones with less ingredients. But my blender was far too cranky to blend the mixture smooth so I added some skim milk to my popsicles. So now these are my super quick three ingredient cheesecake popsicles!
